Gary Cheung is Director of Pullman Financial Services Limited (“PMFSL”) and is  responsible for general management of the professional practice and provision of regulatory compliance advisory to clients. He is a veteran corporate governance and regulatory compliance practitioner in international financial market covering banking, securities and asset management industries. Mr. Cheung’s wealth of experience means he is well-versed in dealing with almost any issue that may arise in relation to governance, risk and compliance of financial institutions.

Mr. Cheung is legally qualified in both civil law and common law jurisdictions. In addition, he is member of among others, Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, International Compliance Association, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts, CFA Institute, Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Institute of Public Accountants, Royal Asiatic Society Hong Kong Branch and Rotary Club of Kowloon North.
